Bright Star Training & Development are a specialist training provider dedicated to delivering a multitude of courses, including IT, marketing, business administration, accounting, and health and social care. Established in England in July 2010, Bright Star has always strived to ensure that learners unlock the full extent of their capabilities, and from this, are able to successfully secure employment beneficial to the field they’re entering and to themselves.
Bright Star is recognized for our exceptional track record for full-time, part-time and professional competence qualifications in a range of levels to reflect on different learner’s abilities, allowing them to progress through a range of stimulating but valuable practical tasks. Our courses are designed to enable our learners to progress into further education or search for available job opportunities, with full-time support from us. Learners plan a developmental program and are evaluated by their assessor, while they also collect evidence to submit into their portfolio, detailing their knowledge and performance over the space of their course.
Another one of our services includes offering accredited online courses to erase the restrictions students feel when it comes to studying, in particular when travelling becomes a large hindrance, as we believe physical presence isn’t always an indication of dedication towards learning.
Alternatively, we also offer the opportunity to upskill existing employees, as we support a large network of businesses, public institutions, and international and local organizations looking to help their employees to enhance their skillset and flourish in their workplace. She is a qualified dynamic and passionate educational consultant providing guidance to care agencies, care/nursing homes, training providers and children nurseries on all matters relating to quality assurance and compliance with more than 13 years of experience in policy-related development issues, particularly in the areas of project management, organisation development, Adult and Child Care. Strong skills in project management of HSC, CYPW/EY & STLS projects and human resource development.
Saad A. Nomani
Assessor & Internal Verifier
Mr. Akhtar commenced his career in the insurance industry, selling insurance and financial products. He moved to the education sector in 1990, establishing his own private college; since then, he has been responsible for overseas student recruitment, student welfare, curriculum management, and has lectured in Business and Information Technology. Mr. Akhtar has been an educational consultant since 1998 and has held lecturing posts in various UK state and private adult and higher education colleges. He is currently engaged with Fairfield Academy as Curriculum Manager, he also provides educational consultancy and training to the public and private sectors. Mr Akhtar is Bright Star and Training Management and delivery team.
Jamal Kassim Mursal

Over 17 years of diversified work experience of senior management positions in Government, International bodies and business enterprises in Somalia, the UK and East Africa. Post-graduate with an excellent academic record in the field of management, Business Enterprise, Aviation management and Airport operations. Jamal joined the education sector in 2007 and qualified as an Assessor; since then, he has worked in various colleges and lectured in Health and Social Care, Business administration, Customer Services and Information technology, employability skills and apprenticeship programmes. Mr Jamal is the founder of Bright Star Training and Development, a UK registered company since 2010. he is a vision to expand the business locally and internationally.
